At Bracketmonk, we strive to provide the best digital marketing services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where cancellations or refunds are necessary. Please carefully read our cancellation and refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation:
Clients may request cancellation of any ongoing service by providing written notice to Bracketmonk. The request must be made at least 15 days in advance. This ensures a smooth transition and proper discontinuation of the service without affecting ongoing work.
Termination by Bracketmonk:
Bracketmonk reserves the right to terminate any project or contract if the client is found to be violating the terms of the agreement, fails to communicate adequately, or delays payment.
Non-Cancellable Services:
Certain services, such as paid ad campaigns, software licenses, and third-party tools, cannot be canceled once they have been activated or paid for, as these involve non-refundable expenses from third-party providers.
Refund Policy
Service Fees:
Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. This includes any work done before the cancellation request is made.
Partial Refunds:
If a cancellation request is made for services that are in progress but not yet completed, Bracketmonk will review the amount of work completed and may provide a 10% refund at its discretion.
Non-Refundable Services:
Refunds will not be provided for services that involve third-party costs, such as domain purchases, hosting fees, software tools, or any ad budgets spent on platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
Advance Payments:
Advance payments made for future services may be refunded if the service has not yet commenced. However, if any work has started, a proportionate refund will be considered based on the percentage of work completed.
Force Majeure:
No refunds will be issued in the case of a force majeure event, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable circumstances that affect the ability to deliver services.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, Bracketmonk is committed to finding an amicable solution. Clients are encouraged to reach out to our customer service team to resolve any issues in a fair and transparent manner.
